DCI is a more than a building company. We believe that the perspective and experience we bring from our deep roots in the carpentry trade make us a better custom home builder and distinguish us from other builders in the area.
Every project has a site supervisor/lead carpenter, with years of hands-on experience building homes, as well as an experienced in-house carpentry crew. We frame the houses and provide the exterior/interior finishes, and also build our own cabinetry.
Eric Dickerson, owner of DCI has been building quality custom homes in western Colorado since 1995. Eric started working in the construction trades in 1977 as a college student. After graduating from Wichita State in 1981, he continued working in the carpentry trades, specializing in framing and exterior finishes. He was first based in Louisville, Colorado and then in 1986 started DCI in Boulder, Colorado.
